OPTION B - FULL-SERVICE BOOKKEEPING

INCLUDES

• Everything in the Basic Bookkeeping package

• Accounts Receivable Services

  • Invoicing is done through QuickBooks Online and emailed to the customers.

  • This service is provided on a monthly, semi-monthly, or weekly schedule.

  • Pricing depends on frequency and estimated monthly invoices

• Accounts Payable Services

  • Integrating bill.com to company

  • Intercepting bills and paying those bills through the platform.

  • Reflecting those bills correctly in QuickBooks

• Job Costing / Project Tracking

  • Recording all expenses related to a specific job/project in Quickbooks.

  • This includes materials, labor, subcontractor costs, and other job-related expenses.

• Payroll Services

  • Additional $105 per month

  • For monthly payroll processing for 4 employees

  • Payroll processing and ongoing monitoring of tax payments and filings with ADP

  • Note, if the employer processes payroll, the basic bookkeeping package includes entering payroll data into QuickBooks
